Saskia Mos-van Gool

Saskia Mos-van Gool is a notary and joined our firm on 1 April 2023.

After studying law in Leiden, she worked as a candidate notary in Rotterdam from 2001 and then in Dordrecht. In 2018, she was appointed civil-law notary. Saskia is also a lecturer at the Professional Training Course for candidate notaries. She specialises in family property law and inheritance law.

Saskia is a certified estate planner and a member of EPN (Association of Estate Planners in the Notarial Profession). She is a member of the editorial board "Models Committee for Marriage and Cohabitation Contracts" at Expert Planner. She is also a mediator and divorce mediator.

Furthermore, she is one of the authors of the books "Het levenstestament", "Compendium Levenstestament" and "Compendium Echtscheiding".

She is also active as a board member (secretary) of the Dordrecht Entrepreneurs' Association DOV.

In her spare time, Saskia loves city trips, but she also enjoys going on holiday to Scandinavia with her family.
