Gieta Soenessardien

Gieta has been working in notarial practice since 1990. Over the years, she has had the opportunity to gain experience in all areas of notarial law (registered property law, corporate law and family property law). In 1998, she completed her notarial clerk training.

Gieta has been with us since 2010, specialising over the past six years in assisting clients in settling estates, both legally and fiscally. In doing so, she is often the first point of contact for the client but also for their advisers. Her expertise includes drawing up certificates of inheritance, inheritance tax returns and division deeds, but also the additional financial and administrative work involved in settling an estate.

Thanks to her many years of experience, the settlement of an estate is in good hands with her.
