The ball is in the court! The Senate has just passed the bill amending the Inheritance Act 1956 (bill 31930). The (candidate) notaries of Kooijman Lambert Notaries have studied the new statutory regulation in recent months and are therefore able to advise you in the best possible way. The new law means that many wills already made and transactions carried out in the past will soon lead to unnecessary levying of inheritance tax (the new term for inheritance tax). We will be happy to help you save your heirs from nasty (tax) surprises. The new law also includes a number of tax-saving facilities, for example if you want to gift or inherit your company to your children. We will make sure that these opportunities are used to the full.
