UBO

This is the abbreviation for the concept of ultimate beneficial owner of a legal entity or other legal entity.

In this context, it should be determined which natural persons directly or indirectly own more than 25%:

• of the shares;
• of the voting rights within the body that may change the stauts;
• Of the ownership interest;
• through other means ultimately own or control the legal entity.

Where one or more individuals are not considered UBOs under the above, the senior executives (the board) are considered UBOs. They are then pseudo-UBO.
