Trade register

The trade register is a public register kept by the Chamber of Commerce. The trade register lists companies, legal entities and other organisations participating in economic life. If you want to do business with a company, partnership or other organisation, it is wise to consult the trade register first. For instance, you can see who is authorised to sign a contract on behalf of a company or legal entity. You can also request the latest version of a legal entity's articles of association from the trade register. Legal entities running a business are required to file their annual figures with the Trade Register.
